Oh, what a crazy month of May with us funding on BackerKit Pocketopia with Pipes and then delivering a stand with our friends at YAY Games at the UK Games Expo 2026!

Wotan Games thundered back to the Birmingham NEC for three crazy days, and let me tell you, it was a weekend packed with laughter, strategy, and the kind of camaraderie that only a room full of board game fanatics can muster.

Our fantastic crew brought their A-game, introducing our newly funded Pipes - When Water means War, as well as our existing titles to hundreds of new players while swapping stories and grins with our homegrown fans, from wide-eyed young’uns to seasoned veterans of the tabletop.

Our beloved Battle Bus was still off on its own mythical quest (probably parked in some legendary layby selling pasties),but that didn’t stop us from unveiling a shiny new game that had folks crowding our booth. The star of the show? Two stars. Our new game, Pipes: When Water Means War, and our cheeky little number, Brexit: The Real Deal. 

We were also chuffed to host some of our own parade of industry folks and champions of democracy and liberty, all popping by to share a chat and talk about next steps. The energy was electric, with every demo table buzzing like a tavern in Camelot.
